Beef Tortilla Soup
Tortilla soup comes in different versions, but if you’re craving the savory taste of beef, then this recipe will do the trick.
- One beef brisket
- One tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups of chopped onions
- 2 cups of frozen corn
- Two tablespoons of hot pepper sauce
- Two tablespoons of minced garlic
- Tortilla Strips
- One ripe avocado
- A half cup of shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese.
The recipe is super easy to prepare.
Pour the oil on the pot with medium heat. Then put the beef brisket right in the middle of the oil till it turns brown.
Remove the brown beef brisket, season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Add onions, garlic, cumin and let it cook as you stir it for 3-5 minutes
Return the brown beef brisket and add the tomatoes and salsa.
Let it boil for a couple of minutes.
Prepare the Tortilla strips by cutting the tortilla corn into two then into quarters. Place them on a baking sheet and let the back for 4 to 8 minutes till they become crispy.
Remove the beef brisket from the pot and remove the fat layer from it. Then add some salt and paper. Then let it cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Baked Potato Soup
It’s an incredibly easy and tasty recipe that you can prepare for your family during the cold months.
- Five russet of baking potatoes
- Five slices of bacon (you can also use pancetta or prosciutto)
- A half cup of butter
- Five to six cups of milk
- One sliced onion
- A half cup of all-purpose flour
- Two teaspoons of course salt
- A cup of sour cream
- One tea-spoon of black paper
- Six ounces of cheddar cheese.
First prepare the potatoes and bake them . The oven should already have heat up to 400F. Ensure the you keep poking the potato with the spoon .
After making the potatoes next is the bacon, make sure to prepare the bacon well and harvest the its fat then chop it up.
Add in a spout pot under medium heat the bacon fat and butter, then add onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until it softens .
Add-in flour till it fit it let it cook for some minutes then add milk gradual,and stir while it boils till it thickens.
Add potatoes, pepper, the chopped bacon and the cheese . Let it cook till the cheese melts then stir it to you desired thickness.
